Chinese white porcelain ginger jar decorated in blue with three fantastical lion dogs playing amidst clouds. The lid is rimmed top and bottom with brass. Small flake on top of lid near brass rim. Underglaze marks on base of Guangxu reign 1875-1908. Measures 4 and one half inches high and 4 inches in diameter.

Large four panel Chinese mahogany screen or room divider. This hand made hand carved screen was made from solid mahogany. Each panel measures 23 and three quarter inches wide, one inch deep and 71 and one half inches high. This piece dates from early to mid 20th century.

Very large Famille Rose Chinese export porcelain charger c1850 to 1860. Extraordinary detail, superbly painted. This is one of the finest pieces of antique Famille Rose Medallion that we have ever offered. The charger is 19 inches across by 3 and one quarter inches high. Each of its 6 medallions is framed by dragons and bats carrying scrolls. Three are scenes of court ladies at leisure. Three are studies of birds and butterflies amid branches of peonies and fruits, including citrus, persimmons and pomegranites. The center roundel features a giant fungus. There is a faint old star fracture at center underside, probably incurred at firing. Strong ring tone when tapped. No chips.

Very large Famille Rose Chinese export porcelain bowl c1850 to 1860. Extraordinary detail, superbly painted. This is one of the finest pieces of antique Famille Rose Medallion that we have ever offered.The bowl measures 16 inches across and 6 and three quarter inches high and is in perfect condition. The inner and outer medallions feature scenes of court life, flora, fauna, waterfalls, and fanciful kites framed by gilt fences. Rings like a bell when tapped.
